I searched for an apartment for over six months. I viewed about 20 properties and met with various agents. Some were polite, others were off-putting. I'd heard that finding a good agent is difficult. I know one thing: if an agent is insensitive, it can be discouraging. My situation here was completely the opposite! Above all, good communication and professionalism. In fact, they ensured that everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Ewa wasn't acting on my behalf (but on the seller's), but she oversaw every step as if I had delegated it to her. She made sure all the documents were available, reminded me of deadlines so they wouldn't miss them, indicated everything needed, clarified any doubts, and guided me through the entire process so that all parties were satisfied and the process went smoothly. Ewa was proactive and offered assistance and even the smallest details at every step. I don't need an agent when selling an apartment, for example. However, after experiencing this transaction, I wouldn't even consider doing it myself. I wouldn't bother looking to see if there's a cheaper or more expensive offer elsewhere. I'd simply go back to Evertis.
