The new listing looks fresh, even though the listing has been on the market for months and has had several price reductions. This is INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING and undermines market transparency. It's worth being cautious, verifying listing history yourself, and BE CAREFUL when negotiating the price, as the lack of this information can lead to overpaying. Edit. My response: My opinion is not about "price disappointment," but about the observed practice of deleting the listing and relisting the same apartment to conceal the listing time and previous price changes. I used the services of Katarzyna Kolecka from CASTLE Real Estate Agency and can confidently say that it was a very good choice. The property sale was handled efficiently, without unnecessary complications, and the entire process was organized to a high standard. Katarzyna demonstrated great commitment and attention to detail, which resulted in a quick finalization of the transaction and obtaining a satisfactory price. I highly recommend her and would gladly work with her again in the future.

I cannot recommend this agent. The matter concerned the sale of an apartment belonging to an estate with multiple heirs. The property was offered for sale before all owners were fully involved and informed. In a process like this, trust is essential and Ms. Mullak was unable to establish that trust. Communication was difficult and a proper introduction did not take place. As a result, we felt it necessary to involve a lawyer to complete the transaction, which led to additional costs for us. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.
