I had the displeasure of working with Ms. Julia – unfortunately, I won't share her name, as she didn't share it in a very professional manner. Immo House promotes transparency and security in transactions – yet I encounter someone who doesn't know how to introduce herself in a proper and professional manner. Ms. Julia consistently didn't answer my phone, didn't return my calls, and didn't reply. She only answered when the call came from a different number. Incredibly, Ms. Julia was very surprised to hear the voice of someone who consistently ignored me, even though I clearly stated I was interested in the apartment immediately. Furthermore, Ms. Julia repeatedly provided incorrect information regarding the contract and verification. During the call, she hung up to search for information on my question. Who else would know if not an office employee? Am I supposed to speak to someone who doesn't know what they're doing? The icing on the cake, however, was the apartment that was reserved for me being given to someone else. Ms. Julia clearly approved the reservation and verification process. Ms. Julia couldn't graciously inform me about renting this particular apartment. I found out about this when I called to ask about the verification process for my reserved apartment. :) Did Julia not inform the agency about the verification process? About the reservation? Or did a friend already need the apartment and was more important than the client? Unfortunately, I didn't learn this from Julia. Not only was this rude and unprofessional behavior, but I ended up without an apartment. I strongly advise against working with Julia.
