Wow! What a wonderful collaboration with Agnieszka Och-Oleksy! We loved the apartment we bought, but Agnieszka, as the seller's agent, captivated us with the apartment! Her personality, caring nature, and the entire atmosphere from the first meeting to key collection were wonderful. All the facts, pros and cons, were shared. Agnieszka handled every detail of the documentation and formalities between us, the owners, the financial advisor, and the notary (including the land and mortgage register). We entrusted our apartment to Agnieszka because marketing opportunities for private sellers are limited, especially when the property is somewhat unusual.
