Security Systems Poznań

I'd like to express my very positive opinion of the Security Poznań store. I'd been browsing various surveillance stores for a while now and stumbled upon this store by accident on Facebook. I bought a Hikvision IP surveillance kit with 5 cameras. I'm not an electronics expert or an installer, but thanks to the store's instructional videos and guides, I installed the system myself. After connecting the DVR, hard drive, switch, and cameras, the system connected automatically. Of course, I also had the help of the store's advisors, for which I thank them. If anyone is wondering if they can do the installation themselves, leave it alone; the answer is simple: YES.

In short. Having already figured out what I wanted, I came to Ochronania Poznań intending to buy a five-camera surveillance system. The "project manager" refused to discuss the image quality and capabilities of the cameras I was interested in, explaining that I wouldn't see much anyway because the cameras were supposed to be outdoors. Hmm. I received an invoice, paid on the spot, for 4,500 PLN. After leaving the store, a few hours later, I took a closer look at what I'd paid for. They listed a 4-channel network recorder instead of an 8-channel one. After contacting the store, they corrected the price, but something else concerned me. I compared the prices on their website for the individual components of the system with those on the invoice. They were overpriced, and what shocked me most was that they charged me 5 PLN for a single RJ45 connector instead of 1 PLN. I requested a cancellation and a refund.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. I tried to buy a video intercom at the brick-and-mortar store, but I was served by a man who was working as a punishment. The store has a large online presence, and they don't care about regular customers. If I were the owner, I'd get rid of this employee because these people are the face of the company, and I wouldn't want them on my team.

Perfect equipment and fast delivery – those are the pluses. But the way the contents were secured is a disaster. I hope it works properly, as I can't test it right now. But a tip for the future: pack your items in an additional box with padding – it's a small cost for you and reduces the likelihood of complaints. To be clear, I'm including photos of what the shipment looked like.
