I don't recommend this store. Poor and incompetent customer service, and they send packages with missing parts needed for camera installation. P.S. They offered me 200 PLN to remove a review they found inconvenient.

I'd like to express my very positive opinion of the Security Poznań store. I'd been browsing various surveillance stores for a while now and stumbled upon this store by accident on Facebook. I bought a Hikvision IP surveillance kit with 5 cameras. I'm not an electronics expert or an installer, but thanks to the store's instructional videos and guides, I installed the system myself. After connecting the DVR, hard drive, switch, and cameras, the system connected automatically. Of course, I also had the help of the store's advisors, for which I thank them. If anyone is wondering if they can do the installation themselves, leave it alone; the answer is simple: YES.
