MULTI ENERGA FOTOWOLTAIKA POZNAN. Mr. Andrzej presented me with a quote for equipment from reputable companies at a very good price. We discussed each step, the specific advantages, disadvantages, and differences between each option. They suggested convenient installation dates. I highly recommend this company. 👍

Unfortunately, my collaboration with MultiEnerga ended in disappointment. 1) Poorly selected inverter. The inverter installed in March has been cutting production – starting in June, for up to 5 hours a day. I was assured that the losses would be "minimal" and only in exceptional circumstances, which turned out to be untrue. "At that time, there were no GW6.5KN (high-current) inverters, so we used GW8K (low-current)" – nonsense! They had already been on the market for over two years. Maximum production was only 6kW (7.35kWp installation) because the panels generate more voltage than the inverter can handle. 2) Transfer Switch System. A power outage in the grid was supposed to be imperceptible, but in practice it causes a power outage (transfer time up to 0.5 seconds), which I was not reliably informed about; I lost several thousand zlotys on this system. 3) Documentation errors!!!! The application (WZ-MI) was filled out incorrectly TWICE, despite assurances that everything had been checked and was definitely OK. The process dragged on, and I ALMOST LOST PLN 23,000 in funding. When I submitted the application myself, it went through without any corrections. I will only receive the funding because the MP6.0 application period was extended! 4) Downplaying faults. I reported a problem with the MPPT (zero current after the energy storage unit reached 100%) – I was assured that "everything was OK." After further questions, an electrician visited, confirmed the error, and fixed it. Why two stars? A big star goes to the installation crew and electricians, who did their job neatly, left the area tidy, and when I had a fault (which I had previously downplayed), the electrician managed to fix it. I feel misled, disregarded, and overcharged. Lack of reliability, lack of responsibility for one's mistakes.

I recommend Mr. Damian's company. The installation, including the energy storage unit, was installed 1.5 years ago and is working flawlessly. The power selection was perfectly calculated, and the installation was lightning fast. The gentlemen left everything spotless after the work. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with the PV system and the team! A photovoltaic system was installed at our house in 2023, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The entire team did an outstanding job – professional, reliable, and very friendly. The installation went smoothly and was completed on schedule. Since it was commissioned, the system has been running absolutely flawlessly. It works exactly as it should and reliably supplies electricity. So far, there haven't been any outages or problems whatsoever. I am very happy with my decision and can highly recommend both the system and the team! Keep up the good work! Best regards to the team

The entire process was outstanding! A very dedicated and unobtrusive salesperson presented me with several offers. A master electrician modified the control cabinet and installed everything in the utility room. Finally, three technicians carried out the roof installation and final commissioning. All my requests were accommodated. For example, I didn't want a plastic cable duct on the house wall, so an aluminum conduit was installed to match my aluminum gutter pipes. Optimizers were attached to the edge modules, as these are slightly shaded by the wall in the mornings and evenings. All work was carried out meticulously and neatly. German tradespeople could learn a thing or two from this. I have rarely experienced such a hardworking team of tradespeople – simply superb. A truly first-class experience all around!
