I'm posting this review after five years because Google kept blocking it. From the very beginning, they've been very professional. A company that can be held up as a model for others. Highly courteous, patient, and friendly. Excellent communication, whether by phone or email. They responded quickly to everything; even when I made a mistake with my transfer and requested a refund, they responded incredibly quickly. During the installation of the window sills, the installer wore a mask, making cuts and working on the wall, taking care not to dust the walls or damage the floor. Professionalism was evident at every step. I write this as a demanding customer. I didn't compare prices, but the price I was charged for the product and service was, in my opinion, very fair and met my expectations. Simply amazing! I recommend them, and now we're going back to them for window replacement.

I don't recommend using this company – it's a waste of time. Apparently, they have so many clients that they don't need any more. I arrived at the office on Obornicka Street with the approximate dimensions of four windows. The employee informed me that he would prepare a quote and asked me to come back in about an hour. When I returned two hours later, I was told that the software was being updated and that the quote would be sent via email the next day. Unfortunately, I haven't received anything yet. Poor organization and lack of respect for the customer's time.

Warning – Disappointing Experience with Oknario We would like to share our experience with Oknario to warn other customers. First of all: This review pertains to the company of the same name, so as a response to other reviews, it is not directed at Oknario itself – the managing director in our case is Mr. Bartek, supported by Ms. Gosia in the office, Mr. Olek in sales, and Mr. Wiesiek as an installer. In detail: • After signing the contract, the company was virtually unreachable – neither by email nor by phone. • Measurements had to be taken twice, four months apart, because the first measurement was allegedly lost. The subsequent measurements were also incorrect. • Delivery only arrived after more than eight months – and only after legal action was threatened – and was faulty: the windows were installed incorrectly, and the garage door and front door had not been ordered. • One installer behaved unacceptably – both verbally and in his interactions with us. • They tried to push a cheaper garage door (Wieschnowski) on us, claiming our desired Hörmann door wasn't available. This statement was simply false – as Hörmann themselves confirmed. A corresponding offer had even been available since the start of the contract. • Customer service seems to be limited to self-promotion on social media – actual customers are ignored after the contract is signed. We're still waiting for the finishing strips because, due to incorrect measurements, the finish is now uneven, with gaps of up to 15 cm in some places. We could write a book about this company, so I'll conclude: This company has significantly delayed our construction project and caused a great deal of stress. We strongly advise caution. However, if you're looking for sleepless nights, headaches, and financial losses, then this is the company for you.
