I don't recommend using this company. The guy came to the refrigerator, connected the cable, and said it would work continuously. He charged us 250 PLN a few minutes after he left, the refrigerator stopped working. I called the company, and they said a "professional" told them it couldn't be done. I highly don't recommend it.

I strongly advise against this appliance repair shop. The technicians didn't arrive until the third scheduled appointment. During their visit, they broke the water tank in the dryer. They didn't bother to disassemble it, so they took the appliance to the repair shop, promising to fix it within a few days. I waited over two weeks. When they finally delivered the dryer, it turned out they had lost the screws needed to assemble it – and since they were unusual, I had to find replacements myself. After reassembling the appliance, it turned out the problem hadn't been fixed at all. The repair shop was supposed to come back within a few days, but communication was completely lost. Ultimately, another technician repaired the dryer in an hour and informed me that the previous technician had not only broken the tank but also lost the door seal. A very unprofessional approach, lacking responsibility and communication. I definitely don't recommend them.

As a newcomer to Poland, I trusted them to repair my dishwasher, but instead, I was shamelessly overcharged and misled. 🔹 Price Gouging & Deception After researching, I found that the part they replaced costs 60-75 PLN, yet they charged me over three times this price. To make matters worse, the technician quoted me an absurd 400+ PLN for the same part, using a questionable image on his phone as "proof." 🔹 Massively Inflated Charges The total bill came to a staggering 759 PLN, which clearly suggests outrageous labor fees on top of the overpriced part. This is an outright rip-off. 🔹 Taking Advantage of Customers As someone unfamiliar with local pricing, I feel this company deliberately exploited my lack of knowledge. A reliable and ethical business would provide transparent pricing and fair rates, but instead, they chose to scam a customer who trusted them. 🔹 No Accountability or Fairness I reached out to request an explanation and a partial refund, but I am still waiting for an honest response. This company seems to have zero regard for customer satisfaction or ethical business practices. 📢 DO NOT use this company unless you enjoy being overcharged and misled. Find a reputable repair service instead—this one is nothing but a scam!

There is no shop in there. Do not waste your time to reach them. The service, no shop, nothing. I see the negative comments were right about this shop. They do not care about customers and services, they only care about money and that is all. If you have a lot money to spend for nothing, also time, you can try to contact with them.
