I'm grateful to Mr. Sebastian for his efficient execution of the night-time operation and for unblocking a very unusually clogged drain. Despite the delay with the previous client, he kept his word and – despite being tired and very late – arrived, keeping me informed of the delay. Although I know a little about "traditional" plumbing methods, Mr. Sebastian's know-how and effectiveness far exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, Mr. Sebastian is a very kind and friendly person who, in addition to sharing his experience "for free," is happy to share his experience in all aspects of electricity, gas, water, and sewage, which, as a DIY enthusiast, was incredibly valuable to me. Mr. Sebastian – huge respect for the pioneering and eco-friendly project of connecting a toilet cistern to a rainwater collection system. Wow! I highly recommend him, and I'd also like to add that the price for Mr. Sebastian's services is reasonable considering the circumstances of my breakdown and Warsaw. I was worried about taking advantage of the emergency, but I was pleasantly surprised.

He has now done two jobs for me. He is excellent. Quick and responsive and even giving helpful friendly advice over the phone when needed. Great at problem solving when something needs fixing. Strongly recommended.

Mr. Sebastian responded to my online quote not only by phone but also in person, reviewing the scope of work on-site, and only then did he present me with his estimate for the service. I'm pointing this out because not everyone bothers to offer a phone quote. It's true that I listen to price offers and don't negotiate. In Mr. Sebastian's case, his financial expectations and my renovation budget coincided. The renovation included the bathroom, part of it, and consisted of: removing the old bathtub, removing it and the construction debris resulting from the removal, relocating the faucet to a different location, installing a completely new water supply to the faucet and the washing machine, installing a new drainage system for the shower tray, and installing the shower tray and shower enclosure on top of it. The job also included laying 60 wall tiles and 9 porcelain tiles on the floor. Everything was expertly done in the designated areas, with water tests performed prior to installing the shower tray, shower enclosure, and tile installation. Precise and meticulous. My wife and I are now delighted not only with the new installation but also with the aesthetics of the completed bathtub-to-shower conversion, as the tile elements came from our own inventory and are the same size and shape as the rest of the installation. An additional advantage of Mr. Sebastian's services is his extensive knowledge of plumbing and his creative design, which results in solutions that might be unimaginable to someone without this knowledge, yet do not impact the price of the service. There are no hidden costs, surprising the investor who commissioned the service. A major plus! And finally, one more thing: Mr. Sebastian is a very systematic person. We highly recommend him!
