We have recently signed the notarial act on our new home, which would have been completely impossible without Ardea Consulting, and our consultant Martyna. My fiancée and I were both completely naive to the whole process of securing a mortgage in Poland, and Martyna guided us through every step patiently and expertly. All requests for documentation were timely, with Martyna happy to communicate with us in both English and Polish throughout the process, which we both found invaluable - me especially. Her explanations of her company's and the bank's processes and documents were always thorough and clear, and she made herself available to us by phone for follow-up questions. I recommend 100% Ardea. As foreigner, they helped me to apply for a mortgage which it would have been impossible to do it by my own. Since the beginning, they advised me which documents prepare in advance to apply for mortgage in different entities. They worked as intermediaries between me and the banks helping to provide the requested documents, and once we had the positive decisions, they helped to decide the better option in function of the interest rate and bank requirements. At any point we felt pressure to decide one specific bank, but they just commented the options They work as a team. When our usual contact was not available, another person was contacting us.
