It was a disaster. I've worked with various contractors, but I've never experienced such arrogance, rudeness, and lack of professionalism. After the materials meeting, I was informed by email that it would take "a while" to establish a preliminary estimate for the work. Ultimately, I only received one perfunctory email from Impresja. I waited 2-3 months. After a month of waiting for a quote, I personally went to the showroom to remind them of their existence. The woman notified me and assured me that they would work on my project within a few days. However, this never happened. They didn't respond to emails, didn't provide any information, no apologies—nothing, nothing. They pretended the client wasn't there. If they couldn't or didn't want to take on the work (it was a small apartment), all they had to do was politely decline. I rarely encounter such lack of courtesy, so it was worth noting this as a warning to others. I consider the way I was treated to be reprehensible. The showroom claims to be a premium place, but the service is subpar. It's a shame. Of course, I used a competing company, which, from day one, demonstrated a willingness to help and demonstrated genuine commitment. I'm already enjoying my beautiful velvet curtains. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
A wide selection and friendly service! I was looking for a place in Warsaw that offered a wide variety of wallpapers, and I wasn't disappointed – I spent a lot of time in the showroom, as there was so much to admire. The lovely lady talked about specific products and advised me which wallpaper would look best in my apartment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for unique decorations – whether fabrics, wallpaper, or rugs. I will definitely be back!

A paradise for lovers of pattern and color in interiors. Even the most minimalist will be tempted to wallpaper at least one room in their home, or reupholster an armchair. Plus, the service is professional and incredibly friendly. Set aside at least an hour for your visit, as it's hard to leave.
