I recommend it! Beautiful, elegant plank flooring, affordable for the quality. Professionalism from the installers, the man at the team office, and, of course, the lovely Ania Urlik in the showroom, who provided honest advice.

Unfortunately, I won't recommend your company. The floor, which costs tens of thousands of zlotys and is theoretically made with the best Uzin adhesive, is starting to peel two months after the warranty. I should add that the invoice was issued in June, and the last work was done in October. A month ago, we submitted a complaint and were informed that the repair service would be chargeable and someone would be in touch, but a month has passed without a response. When we purchased the floor, we received numerous assurances that it was high quality, that the calculations were based on very good materials, and that it would last for years. I can confidently say that buying this type of product from chain stores, for 30-40 percent of that price, it will also last the warranty. Edit: Unfortunately, after a visit from a specialist from the Showroom in Radzymin, the floor could not be repaired, and the repair cost was prohibitive. The floor cost us over PLN 70,000 and lasted 2 years and 2 months. Even the gentleman who came admitted that the expansion joint was poorly made, but after the warranty period and every service is paid, the panels started peeling off in new places. Unfortunately, the Uzin glue that was recommended to us turned out not to be a good choice.
