We scheduled an appointment today for carpeting, but the contractor didn't show up and isn't answering his phone. The manager explained it was because "someone was sick," but no one informed us in advance about the cancellation. This is a complete lack of respect for the customer's time and a very unprofessional approach. I don't recommend it.
