A very professional approach to the customer, from the design itself to installation. Everything was as ordered, with attention to even the smallest detail. I highly recommend them.
I've been ordering everything metal-related from Marcin exclusively for the past two or three years. I've never encountered the quality he offers in any country I've visited. He's also a very reliable partner and keeps all his promises regarding deadlines and other matters 100%. I highly recommend working with him and ordering everything metal-related from him, because you won't find a better one. All my friends are also very happy with their work with him. I wish him every success in his business. And all the best!
The only specialist who undertook the repair. The service (rebuilding a broken sofa hinge) was performed perfectly, quickly and without hidden costs. I am very pleased with Mr. Marcin's work and I wholeheartedly recommend the JW Ślusarstwo workshop...
I'm very pleased with the balustrade installation by this company. They were completely professional, from measurement to installation. The balustrade looks solid and modern, exactly what I wanted. If anyone is looking for a balustrade specialist in Warsaw, I highly recommend them!
Zero stars. At this time, I can only give a negative review. I filed a complaint about the service. I'm waiting for it to be resolved. The service was performed in such a way that I had to use another company because I couldn't leave the apartment properly (the lock was stuck). You didn't inform me at the first contact that this was an outsider running his own business. The man who performed the service also didn't identify himself as an outsider, working on his own account. Therefore, I was under the impression that this was your employee. He didn't issue any receipt after the service, so how was I supposed to know he wasn't your employee? Only on Friday, April 3, 2026, did I receive a copy of the receipt after filing a complaint and was informed that your company (firm) didn't perform the service. Don't you think it's your responsibility to inform me in advance that you're subcontracting the service? Don't you think that, given the lack of such information, the responsibility for the situation lies with you?
