My first ever Hot Pilates Power class with amazing Julia—and definitely not my last! I loved everything about it: super kind staff, the beautiful studio, and the class itself, which was tough but left me feeling amazing! Julia was so supportive throughout the entire session. I couldn’t recommend it more—100/10!❤️
Incredible studio right at the center of Warsaw! The classes here range from Pilates to yoga to barre and are all excellent. The staff is amazing - even before I joined Integral for a class, they were very helpful and supportive in booking classes and very helpful with everything!! Lovely studio, amazing classes and great instructors - must visit!!
It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of fitness in Warsaw! The stretching instructor was kind, gentle and ethical. And the session was just exactly what I needed after a hard week at the office and working out at the gym. The studio looks fabulous and has everything you need in the changing rooms (towels, toiletries, disposable slippers). It is just another level.
This is seriously the best fitness studio in Warsaw. Nice staff, amazing design, everything (mats, water, towels, skincare/haircare, hair stylers, single use slippers) is included in the price. Hot classes are truly hot 🤭 I highly recommend for everybody to check it out 🩷
