CleanWhale have refused to to respond or resolve my complaint, Edit- after replying to this review they still insist I pay the money without any evidence that investigation was made or nth they still want me to pay regardless of the safety concern and no cleaning was ever carried out. Beware of them PSA they asked me to pay for a service that was never done, immediately the cleaner came and I saw that she was unstable and smelling of alcohol I told her I felt unsafe because I’m the only one at home with a new born, I immediately reported the cleaner state to the support team hoping they would send another cleaner to do the job, instead they told me they spoke to the cleaner and the cleaner said I didn’t allow her clean because she didn’t speak English.. it’s so surprising they believed her even tho I reported immediately and now they are asking me to pay.. everybody knows in Poland they speak polish and I speak polish myself. So it’s weird they believed her even tho I have been a CleanWhale customer for years and they have sent countless number of only polish speaking cleaners without no issues. I have written to them that it’s unfair if they expected me to allow an intoxicated and unstable cleaner into my house?? They don’t care about the safety of their customers they care about money only, till date no resolution only treaty of debt collection. Don’t reply asking me to contact support I have been contacting them everyday since last month no response, I taught customer support would resolve my complaint and send another cleaner if I had know it would result to this I would have involved the police for them to see how CleanWhale sent an intoxicated cleaner to my house. We would go to court if that is the solution. Nobody deserves to feel unsafe in their home. I don’t know if they expected me to remain in the house so scared or leave the house for the cleaner.

Very satisfied with the window cleaning service. It was done very professionally, even the window frames and window vents were cleaned. Would definitely use again.

The cleaning was really good, I’m very satisfied with the result. The cleaner was careful and left everything very clean. It was just a bit challenging at first because she didn’t speak English, so we had to communicate using a translator, but it worked well and she did a great job. I definitely recommend her! Just a small reminder not to forget to take out the trash I mentioned that in the notes, but the bathroom bins weren’t emptied. Other than that, everything was spotless. Great job!

★★★★★ 5-Star Review Excellent service from start to finish. She was punctual, professional, and came fully prepared with all necessary supplies (I only provided the vacuum cleaner). The work included cleaning three rooms, two bathrooms, the corridor, kitchen, oven, kitchen cabinets, and refrigerator. Everything was done thoroughly and to a very high standard. She also helped me organize the house, which made a big difference. All requested tasks were completed carefully and efficiently. I am extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend her services.

Absolutely horrible: PHOTOS ATTACHED BELOW Absolutely horrible. I paid for cleaning for a 2-room apartment and the results were horrifying. The cleaner barely had any cleaning equipment or chemicals. Same cloth to clean the bathroom was used in the kitchen. No regard to hygiene or cross contamination. This is very sad considering the fact that I've used their services before and it is shocking how bad they've gotten in such a short space of time. I tried to contact them and sent countless photos and the matter was treated with no urgency. ZERO customer care, no active phone lines and emails are responded to after at least 10-12 hours.
