This is my third apartment, so this time I wanted to approach the matter differently and decided to work with professionals. I started by researching design firms and met with several, but when I actually arrived at Kałuszyńska Street, after the greeting and the first conversation, I knew I had come to the right place. Mr. Jędrzej greeted me, polite, matter-of-fact, and very attentive. The opportunity to meet in person, see the office, and see the team's work style is crucial to me. Even at this stage, the professionalism and personalized approach to the client were evident. There are no fixed hours, only time and attention, just as much as needed to make the client feel comfortable and trustworthy. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process, from the functional design to the final visualizations. At every stage, I felt fully supported and that everything was well-thought-out and meticulously crafted. My needs, taste, and aesthetic were accurately interpreted. This apartment is the result of the work of people who truly listen to the client, collaborate closely, and inspire others. They have excellent taste and value quality, which is incredibly important to me. I had the pleasure of working with Ola, who is incredibly passionate about mid-century and retro styles, and with Agnieszka and Jędrzej, the owners. Many of the solutions, furnishings, and interior design ideas included in the design were things I would never have thought of! My apartment is beautiful, and this isn't just my subjective opinion, but the opinion of the people who visit it. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Better Home's services.

Of course, as with any major renovation, there are challenges and minor hiccups, but BetterHome always puts the customer first and does everything they can to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. Overall, complete professionalism, excellent communication, and a fantastic end result. I highly recommend them!
