Two years ago, Mr. Paweł installed tiles in a small space for us, and we were pleased with the results, so we decided to hire him again to renovate our bathroom. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a three-week renovation turned into a three-month ordeal. The planned three weeks without access to the bathroom turned into seven, and it took three months to complete most of the work in the bathroom and hallway. Most of the time, we didn't know if Mr. Paweł would show up, as his presence each day was like a random chance. When he did answer the phone, we heard all sorts of excuses. When Mr. Paweł finally showed up, the work was done thoroughly and neatly. However, on December 30th, he informed us he was going out "for an hour to get the vacuum cleaner" and has not returned since, offering no explanation. He left us with minor unfinished work, despite having received the full payment for the renovation, and a huge mess in the basement that he hadn't cleaned up after himself.

I highly recommend Paweł's services. He's very professional, reliable, punctual, and honest. The bathroom turned out beautifully!!! I followed his recommendations and wasn't disappointed. I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Paweł is a kind and reliable professional. He doesn't refuse to perform small jobs using historic tiles. He understands the client's needs and provides sound advice on how to complete the job when replacing a bathtub with a smaller one leaves a dozen or so tiles missing. We recommend

Mr. Paweł is a fantastic professional. We used his services to renovate our apartment, and we truly couldn't have found a better one. He completed two turnkey bathrooms (tiles, tile, installing frames, toilet, bathtub, bidet, connecting mirrors, connecting lighting, installing cabinets, adjusting drains, and installing a shower with a curbless drain), a laundry room, installed all the tiles on the walls and floor (including large-format tiles), and rebuilt the kitchen drain. Mr. Paweł is a great advisor and never sees a problem; he always sees only solutions. He matches grout colors and generally makes everything look beautiful and practical.
