The basic 24/7 service is not working, and there's no help from the service provider. Dear Sir, if you or an employee had answered the phone, we would have had a chance to talk, and this is what I'm left with. You provide service 24/7, and I tried calling several times, but no one answered the phone, so I think the situation I described is clear. There's no need to elaborate. Several other locksmiths who provide 24/7 service received similar reviews. Although I did reach one, the woman who answered the phone told me she couldn't help and couldn't even explain why. I wasn't so lucky with you. Please don't assume the problem was with the telecommunications service, because the problem was with your service. Have a nice day.
I called for help with a jammed lock in June 2022, and the gentleman helped with opening and replacing the lock. Unfortunately, the lock held until October, and I had to call again about the jammed lock. When the gentleman arrived, he replaced the lock with a new one – the diagnosis was that the broken key had jammed the mechanism, requiring another replacement. None of the keys I used were broken, so which one broke and how? The oldest highlanders probably don't know. Of course, I had to pay again for the additional lock replacement. I strongly advise against doing business with them – you never know where the next broken key will end up :)
They charge a lot money for small things, this's not appropriate, I'm not satisfied
