My experience with attorney Justyna Sierant was exceptionally disappointing and raises serious doubts about her professional ethics. Instead of a reliable, substantive approach, I encountered unprofessional behavior that, in my opinion, clearly exceeds the standards expected of a person performing a profession of public trust. She uses methods that could be considered unethical – during the divorce proceedings, there were suggestions of actions aimed at "putting a wedge" on the other side. Such practices, while effective, are not only morally questionable but also destructive to both parties – especially in matters as delicate as divorce, often involving children. I feel that the primary goal was not to resolve the conflict while respecting the law and the dignity of the parties, but rather to win at all costs – even at the cost of manipulation, insinuations, and aggressive procedural maneuvers. This type of approach may attract those focused on "fighting," but in my opinion, it is completely contrary to the concept of a fair trial. I definitely don't recommend this law firm to anyone looking for legal assistance based on professionalism, ethics, and integrity. In my opinion, it's worth seeking a lawyer who not only knows the law but also acts with class and respect for others.
