I really recommend him if you’re a foreigner and would like clear and honest notary services in Warsaw with fair prices, he speaks flawless English and you do not need to book a separate sworn translator to come with you for your appointment as he already is a sworn translator. We sent the documents in advance and everything was prepared beforehand and we were in and out in about 15 min, and he gave us a pretty clear explanation of what and why we were signing it. What else can I say, just perfect 👌🏾
Syzmon is both a certified sworn English translator and notary which gives great convenience. His fees are not expensive if you factor in sworn translator service, although for non English translation service he does charge more than other notaries. Also, his English translation contains minor grammar errors even though he’s a certified and sworn translator. And even though he has assistants, his office can be non responsive for days and prepare documents last minute. I would urge his office to work on appointment timeliness, accuracy of English translation, and advance preparation of documents, so as to preserve long term customers.
We got an occasional lease agreement (wynajem okazjonalny) document from here. We got an appointment on the same day and it was done quickly. I was under the impression that the price would be cheaper but I would consider it expensive. The total price for us was 925 PLN. It might be cheaper to consider going to a regular notary and externally hiring a sworn translator in this case. I also found him to be a little rude. When I was turning the page to read the document, he said in a rude tone to just sign it. Later when we insisted we would like to read it and he reluctantly agreed. Overall, it was fine although I would likely consider another place next time.
I had a very positive experience preparing some documents with Mr. Szymon today. He provided the service I needed in a professional and clear way, and he was also very friendly and approachable. He spoke perfect English, which made everything easier for me. I would definitely recommend his services.
