Hamilton May Warszawa

This review is for Jason Boughner specifically who was very helpful as I was going through the apartment search process. Best and most communicative agent in Warsaw

This is the second time I have used the services of Hamilton May, and once again the experience was excellent from start to finish. Marta Skarżyńska approached the process with a high level of professionalism, carefully analysing my needs and the profile of tenant I was looking for. She then took control of the entire process in a discreet yet highly effective manner, always respecting my time and keeping matters moving smoothly. Hamilton May presented a high-quality tenant who perfectly matched the required profile. Marta also handled two rounds of negotiations with great skill and calm professionalism, ultimately bringing the matter to a successful conclusion. Particularly impressive was how seamlessly the transition between the departing tenants and the new tenancy was managed, ensuring continuity and no loss of rental income. I cannot recommend Marta Skarżyńska highly enough when it comes to professionalism, client focus and calm, effective execution.

We recently worked with Mariusz to find an apartment in Warsaw, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right place - not just any place. He answered every question we had (and we had many, being new to the city) with patience and real expertise. What stood out most was how natural and relaxed the whole process felt. It never seemed like we were working with an agent - it felt like apartment hunting with a knowledgeable friend who actually had our best interests at heart. We’ll absolutely be coming back to him when we next need a property in Warsaw, and we’d recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to rent in the city.

They are very professional. They offered me quality apartments better price what you find other sites. They listened and fixed all my requests. Also they did a great paperwork so i didn’t have to worry about anything. I am very satisfied with their job and i have special thanks for Magdalena who did her best to arrange me my favorite apartment. So I recommend them with all of my hear.

Patrick P. helped me to find and lease a great apartment on a fully remote basis while I was still in the Netherlands. He made a process that is usually stressful feel incredibly smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated his availability and willingness to help as much as the clear communication regarding the terms. If you're looking for a reliable broker in Warsaw who actually cares about getting things right and efficiently, I highly recommend Patrick and the Hamilton May team in general.
