Igloo Warsaw Properties

We had an excellent experience with this agency. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. The service was very fast, and he made everything easy and stress-free, always willing to help and provide solutions whenever needed. Finding an apartment through this agency has been one of the best decisions we could have made. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient real estate agency.

Marek and his professional partners were very helpful regarding finding me a good place to stay. I am really thankful to him and fully recommend his real estate agency.👍

I lived in Warsaw for five years, during which time I purchased two flats in the city center. Two years ago, I moved back to Spain and entrusted the management of my properties to the IGLO Flex scheme. Since then, they have successfully rented out both apartments and overseen several small works as well as a major renovation. At every stage, Marek managed everything impeccably — obtaining multiple quotations, supervising the work on site, and ensuring that every detail was completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. I can sleep peacefully knowing that Marek is on the other end of the line. His professionalism and reliability give me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend their services, especially if you are living abroad. All I can say is: THANK YOU!

We had a great experience with Igloo Warsaw Properties for rental management through their IGLOO Flex service. Marek and Klaudia were professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. They also communicated comfortably in English, which made everything much simpler for us. Overall the process was smooth and well organized, and we’d happily recommend them.

Klaudia was outstanding to work with. She was proactive and persistent in the best possible way, staying on top of every step and following up consistently until things were resolved. She handled communication with the leasing entity very effectively, especially across a language barrier, which I really appreciated. Klaudia also gave me the space to negotiate multiple points in both the broker agreement and the lease until I was fully comfortable. The process felt well-managed and secure from start to finish. I would confidently recommend her.
