We rented an apartment through this agency and had a great experience. The whole process, from the first call to moving into the apartment, took only a few days, which was very important for us. Everything was clear, straightforward and well organized. Our agent, Agnieszka, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always quick to reply, answered all our questions and supported us every step of the way. Professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. One of the best rental experiences we’ve had. This agency will negotiate on your behalf, and create very clear instructions, which is extremely helpful for someone who is not familiar already with the Polish real estate marketplace. Bad value for money. We rented an apartment which was listed with lions estate and were forced to pay a “property finding fee”, signing a fake property search contract retrospectively. This despite us having approached them about their online listing of the property. 1 month’s rent for simply answering our enquiry and arranging a viewing seems completely unjustifiable to me. They are not providing any ongoing property management / maintenance services and have also presumably charged the owner a significant fee for marketing their property. Will avoid dealing with them again if possible!
