I recently bought an apartment in Warsaw with the hep of Jan Mikolajczuk with The Estate Warsaw. I had a very positive experience. Jan was very professional and helpful, and the sale was very smooth. With him handling the bureaucratic matters it was much simpler than I expected it to be. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this agency and the agent.
Very satisfied with their services. Aleksandra was our broker who helped us with all the paperwork and very efficiently arranging everything in time. As a foreigner, I recommend her.
Thank you, pan Wojciech, for taking the time to show me around the place. I appreciate it.
Thanks to this agency, I was able to find a nice flat in Warsaw as a foreigner which is not an easy task nowadays. Marcin Skoczek did all the paperwork for me and the landlord. He even helped me negotiate everything when the landlord. I would definitely recommend finding a flat through this agency, especially if you are a foreigner.
