Extremely unprofessional conduct of Rafał Urbanek. He was 20 minutes late for the apartment viewing, and offered no apology. He didn't bother to give me the address until I was waiting outside the building and I had to call him several times to give me access to the property. When I finally could enter, there were other people leaving, and while I was viewing the apartment — within the first few minutes — more people arrived to view the apartment! I asked what is going on, and he said "Oh yeah, we're having a kind of open day." But of course, he neglected to tell me any of this. If I were as unprofessional as Mr Urbanek in my work, I would be out of business. He should be embarrassed. EDIT: Nice to see a response after two months(!). Clearly, they are doing damage control. The fact remains that Rafał Urbanek deliberately scheduled multiple people to view the apartment at the same time, which is why he said to me "we're having a kind of open day". Unprofessional conduct. Shameful.
