A huge thank you to Tatiana! I've used real estate agents a few times in my life, but this experience was on a completely different level. Two years ago, Tatiana helped us find a great apartment in Lublin, where we still live. We faced a challenging task: while living in Minsk, we needed to find a two- or three-room apartment with parking, completely remotely, in just two or three weeks, with a one-year-old child, a cat, and a tight budget. Everything had to be done so we could move in right away and move in. I contacted several agencies simultaneously. In most cases, they either didn't want to take on the job at all, or, without really understanding our requirements, offered options from their internal database that weren't suitable. Working with Tatiana, I immediately felt like she was a close friend who genuinely wanted to help. She offered her options, called ours, and delved into the details. There was truly a lot of work; at one point, I even felt embarrassed about sending new ads for them to call. We finally found a suitable option, and within a day or two, Tatyana had negotiated everything with the owner. But that same day, I stumbled upon another option, perfect for us, a 10 out of 10. And even though it seemed like all the work had already been done, Tatyana immediately took on the new option and brought it to a close. I'd especially like to highlight her assistance and professionalism during check-in. After a long, sleepless drive, we were very tired and irritable. I'm sure Tatyana saw and sensed this, but she responded with nothing but positivity. She told us a little about the city, gave helpful advice, helped us communicate with the owners (we arrived with zero knowledge of Polish), and helped us compile a list of necessary items, which the owners purchased and delivered by the evening of the same day. Even after the deal, Tatyana stayed in touch with us for several days, asking if everything was alright and if we needed any assistance. We were very lucky to meet such a professional. I definitely recommend him!

I heard about VT Group from my friends and reviews were positive& So, for me it was the reason why I decided to ask them to help me to find a flat in Warsaw. I really enjoyed the whole process and the speed. And I'd like to say thank you to Paulina. I don't know how, but she were suggesting a really good options and it was too difficult to choose while as far as I know to find a flat with reasonable price in Warsaw is a hard level task. Also, what I appreciate more that she helped me with checked-in and were communicated with hosts during first meet. I don't know Polish, so, I don't have any idea how it was possible without her.
