From the outset I have had very good, attentive service. Originally from one of the partners in the Immigration Department and subsequently from the lawyer handling my TRP application. At the beginning I was given a video interview with the partner to explain the process and documentation that was required, and thereafter have been guided through the preparation and service of relevant documents. I am still going through the application itself and await the outcome but I can say that it does appear that the procedure has been well-handled by the Firm. I am a retired lawyer myself and although totally unfamiliar with this area of law, I do have a good sense of when I am being given a good service, which I have had so far.
