Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with a move. When requesting a quote, I provided details about what would be transported and the access points to the buildings. The move was supposed to take about four hours, but in reality, it took seven hours because one of the two-person team responsible for our move said he wasn't feeling well and didn't complete the agreed-upon tasks for some time. Instead of receiving a fully completed service, we ended up having to carry boxes and pack our belongings ourselves, and the move cost us significantly more than the quote we were given.
