We've used Movers' services before and were very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. Therefore, now that we're planning our next move, we naturally considered using their services again. Unfortunately, we encountered a more lukewarm response – the owner was dissatisfied that we'd previously requested a quote, but ultimately decided against it. Furthermore, our request for clarification regarding insurance was perceived as a lack of trust. From our perspective, it was simply a desire to better understand the terms of the offer and make an informed decision – it was never a sign of disrespect or mistrust. It's a shame there was a misunderstanding, as we greatly value the quality of service we received.
