I highly recommend the equipment, of course, without any complaints, but it's worth noting that the service was a huge plus. When placing my order, I mistakenly selected analog cameras (I wanted Wi-Fi), and only realized it after unpacking, preparing the cable (cutting it into shorter pieces), and generally tampering with the entire package. I informed them that due to my tampering, the cables wouldn't be included and wouldn't be included in the refund. Even though it was a set (not individually selected components), there was no problem exchanging the item for Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the person I contacted helped me put together a new, correct order. Everything went very smoothly, and I wholeheartedly recommend it :)
