I own several Victron products and confidently recommend them to friends. As is often the case in life, sometimes things go wrong, and my inverter failed. I contacted the service center and found Marek, who gave me a list of ideas to check so I could avoid having to ship the equipment. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved over the phone, and it ended up being shipped. The package was shipped, received by the service center, and a few hours later, I was contacted with information about the next warranty process. I am VERY impressed with the level of after-sales customer service. I highly recommend EcoSolar. The "just show up at the gate and we don't know each other" mentality doesn't apply here. Competitive prices and excellent after-sales service. Thank you again to Marek for your help and patience in answering all my questions.
Over the weekend, I asked a few burning questions about the Victron Energy charger. On Monday morning, I received a reply in my email! I recommend EcoSolar. Marek provides excellent advice on product selection, and if you have any issues, the warranty service is top-notch. We purchased a Victron charger from the company, which for some reason broke down. We received a new one to replace the damaged one, and the warranty was extended for the duration of the warranty process.
