I closed my tilt and turn window incorrectly and it got stuck. I could make an appointment very quickly on Saturday for a visit on Monday. A technician came to my apartment and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service. As I'm new to Poland I don't really know if it was cheap or not. The visit and service cost was zł200. But it does not strike me as too expensive for a visit.
