Mr. Grzegorz, everything is fine until your employee states that the fault is unrepairable (the drum is glued). You failed to inform me that in such a situation, the cost of the visit is 160 PLN for the visit and the assessment of the fault. This information should have been presented during the conversation. I think there was a lack of... goodwill. I feel a bit overwhelmed.
A great and thorough professional! I had a problem with my oven. He saw the problem within a minute of examining it. He also replaced the bottom heating element, and he had everything he needed. The job was done within 30 minutes. I highly recommend him, especially for busy people! 😊
