I can't be happier to recommend their services. We agreed on a date, they came home and the diagnostic was quick and correct, the service was good, the value/price was fantastic. In my particular case, they understood it didn't make sense to buy a new electronic board, so instead they managed to repair it. On top they fixed couple of other problems with the door. I'm a very happy customer and won't hesitate to call them back if I need them again.
A1. Professional, courteous, recommended. A hero! POLECAM! He went directly to the problem very quickly, diagnosing the correct component failure in a minute or two (a capacitor/kondensator in this case). My 2004 Siemens dishwasher was repaired for an attractive price and this saved me a lot of money compared to buying a new one. (I also recommend Siemens/Bosch dishwashers: only 2 faults in 15 years -- 2014 and last week!

We called on the phone in the afternoon, explained the problem, got a cost estimation and the repair man came by the next evening about at the time he foretold us. He was professional, did his job well. He made the machine work again, but he honestly told us, that in the end he could not fix the root cause of the motor failure, only the immediate problem, which made it shut down itself, so likely in the near future we are going to face the same problem with the machine. Sadly we had a machine, which is rare in Poland. He meant, it makes sense to repair it, if I can get a used, but functioning motor on the internet from allegro, or from perhaps a german website. Buying a new motor would be not cost efficient, so if I don’t get a used one for cheap, it is better to buy a new machine. He explained how I can build in a motor if I can get one, and that he can explain this again to me on the phone if I need the explanation again. He charged a marginally small price for his service. At least, we have now a functioning machine and enough time to look for a motor, or a new machine.
