The man doesn't show up for his appointment. In the morning, he says he's on his way, then doesn't show up or answer calls. What a waste of time...
Very poor telephone contact; difficult to reach, and text messages are completely unresponsive. A whole day wasted waiting for a technician who never showed up. I do not recommend.
Very efficient diagnostics of an LG washing machine and later a Haier dishwasher. The cause of the problem was explained and a repair was made or a replacement part was immediately identified. Quick arrival and excellent communication. Arrival at the agreed time or a short delay was communicated. Repairs were carried out with care to avoid damaging other items and to leave the surrounding area tidy.
The visit and assessment were fine and really very inexpensive, but it turned out that the necessary cables would be needed to start the repair. The technician promised to send a link via text message after the visit. I sent five reminders within a month. After the third, the technician called, mentioning the truly important reasons he couldn't respond, promised to send the contact details... and again, no contact despite the reminder. Dear Sir, the visit was great, but I would have gladly paid more if I had received the necessary additional information. As it is, I simply have to pay for a visit from another service center, not to try to repair the dishwasher right away, but to find out what parts are needed.
I called you on Sunday because, out of nowhere, my washing machine decided it wasn't washing anymore during the wash cycle... and showed an error... After calling and telling you the error code, you already knew what was going on :) and what needed to be fixed. Within an hour, you showed up on the other side of town and fixed the washing machine in 30 minutes. If anyone's looking for a specialist, I recommend this guy! I found him by accident while reading the reviews—I trusted him.
