I highly recomend services of Notus Finanse and Grzegorz Prukop personally. I just bought an appartment and the help of Mr Grzegorz with securing the mortgage loan was priceless. Everything happened very fast and for me it was great, but be prepared that the expectations from customers are very high. There is no time to waste and after the first meeting, where I got all the neccessary information, I was expected to come back with whole documentation within a week. There wasn't that much, as i needed only the signed pre-agreement with the seller, the current mortgage status and all contact information from both parties, but getting it all in just a couple of days required some legwork.
Highly recommend Notus services and Mr Grzegorz Prukop is very experienced and gives you the best available plans. English is not a problem and everyone speaks english in Notus so very good for foreigners in wroclaw also :)

I truly appreciate very professional service and constant contact with a client. We got the overview of very competitive offers tailored to our needs with a clear guideline and support while filling and filing the forms to the banks or insurance companies. Moreover, they stay in touch if better offer is available (i.e. any promotion or discount that we can benefit from). They were also available for us remotely and it was very easy to cooperate at a distance (i.e. exchanging the documents) that did not impact the timing or level of services.
They can be helpfull but only when you have some knowledge in the topic and want just to accelerate some checks in multiple banks at the same time .
