ARCYfailure I do not recommend, and in fact, I warn against, Arcydom and Mr. Radosław Arciszewski. The client is solely responsible for paying, and the quality of workmanship and responsibility for errors are secondary. Because, as Mr. Arciszewski explains, they are subcontractors and have no influence over that. However, you choose them, and the money is transferred to your account. On the architect's recommendation, I was persuaded to choose very expensive materials: Altro vinyl flooring, Vescom wallcoverings, and Doellken skirting boards. Mr. Arciszewski assured me of the highest quality and the "specialists" he was sending to the project. The reality turned out to be completely different. The floor joints looked terrible after installation, and after TWO touch-ups, they were still unfit for use. The floor tiles were simply sealed with silicone. The wallpaper (like the floors) was measured incorrectly—a lot of material was left, yet hard bumps appeared on the walls. The contractor didn't even bother to check or repair it. The biggest embarrassment was the installation of the skirting boards on the arches. Despite earlier assurances that the selected skirting boards were perfect for such surfaces, the "authorized specialists" completely failed to handle it. The skirting boards were badly scored, broken, and removed from the project. About 20,000 PLN was paid in advance. Half of the project was left unfinished, communication broke off, and both the contractors and the company owner stopped responding. I consider this entire collaboration extremely unprofessional, full of empty promises and a lack of accountability for the work performed. EDIT Dear Sir, My opinion describes the collaboration from my perspective as a client, and I stand by it. Incidentally, I find it surprising that you are now very active in publicly explaining the situation, whereas previously you failed to respond to my messages, specific questions, and attempts to resolve the problem for a long time. Contact only occurred after I called the store directly and informed you via email that our "collaboration" was ending. I hope that the time currently devoted to public responses will translate into more efficient communication in the future and greater attention paid to clients during the project implementation, rather than only after the review has been issued.

I definitely recommend Arcydom! A great company – professional advice at every stage, especially during installation, where you can count on specific and practical tips. The customer service is excellent – ​​friendly, helpful, and committed. I'm very pleased with the entire collaboration. I'm attaching a few photos of the project 🙂
