Over the past two days, I had the opportunity to visit the store and experience their very professional customer service. I was looking for wallpaper for my home, and the selection exceeded my expectations, and Michał's approach and knowledge of the subject were overwhelming. Excellent advice, the option to take a sample home, and great customer service. I highly recommend this store.

In May, I ordered two curtains, two drapes, and a Roman blind. I waited two months, even though I wasn't initially informed that the wait would be that long. Every time I called, I was told it was almost ready, that everything would be ready any minute, and that they were waiting for the last item. Finally, in July, everything was ready. The installer came for installation, but it turned out that one curtain and one drape were incorrectly measured and too short. The Roman blind was too short and too narrow for the window. One curtain didn't arrive at all. Of the five items I ordered, only one was suitable for installation. Afterward, I spoke with the woman who took my measurements. She politely assured me that any adjustments would be at their expense. Thank you, but could it be otherwise? She also asked if it really bothered me that the blind was so narrow, because if so, they would have to change the entire mechanism, and otherwise they could only provide longer fabric. She also added that the curtains didn't arrive because they made a mistake on the quote, so could I pay extra for them? In October, I still don't have the curtains or blinds. Until recently, the man who was supposed to be monitoring the situation told me the same thing every time I called. That is, everything was almost ready and they'd probably have everything in a few days. Now I haven't heard from him for two weeks. Edit: I'd like to add a follow-up to the story. When the whole situation came to light, they offered me a discount as an apology. After the installation, I received an invoice for the full amount. I tried to contact the company for clarification, but to no avail. Instead, I received a payment reminder from a lawyer. Embarrassing, yet again. I strongly discourage anyone from contacting this company.

I'd like to share my positive experience with Dekorian Home. I'm delighted with this place, and especially with the service provided by Mr. Patryk. His advice regarding door and floor selection was incredibly helpful. Thanks to his knowledge, positive, personalized approach, and dedication, I managed to find the perfect solution for my home. I WARN AND ADVISE AGAINST THEM. Working with this company, practically immediately after signing the contract, didn't go as expected. I ordered doors for my apartment. The first problems began during the measurement stage. Scheduled visits were canceled – due to the store's fault, and without explanation. Importantly, the order processing time is calculated from the measurement time. This caused the order to be delayed by another two weeks (15 weeks!). Door installation is not included in the order. After the doors are delivered, they have another two weeks for installation. A courier delivered four doors without notice and left them at my apartment building (I didn't pick them up) – I'm attaching a photo. The renovation team informed me of this. The custom-made doors were incomplete. I waited another six weeks for the parts to be replaced. After four months, the door frames started swelling – I'm attaching photos. Dekorian doesn't respond to complaints in any way. They simply don't respond, nor do they return phone calls or emails. The doors cost over 20,000. The previous ones, after 10 years, looked better than the ones installed at the end of September 2024. I highly recommend against them! It's absolutely not worth the time, money, and ultimately, the stress.

I'm writing this comment to warn everyone against any collaboration with Dekorian showrooms (MAM sp. z o.o.). Unfortunately, I was directed to the Dekrorian showroom in Wrocław by a designer. There, I was supposed to purchase interior design items: doors, paint, lighting, wallpaper, etc. The showroom manager in Wrocław provided me with a quote for all the materials mentioned above. At the beginning of our collaboration, I opted for door installation services, including material delivery. This should have been a red flag, as the door frame installation was postponed several times (even canceled at 6:30 a.m. on the day the installers were supposed to arrive). Next, I wanted to order lighting and paint, and that's where the Dekorian showroom staff's intentions became clear. The initial quote I received from the showroom manager listed the price for one spotlight as 320 PLN, but when I decided to order, the price was completely different: 420 PLN. This makes a huge difference for a total of 40 spotlights. A similar situation occurred with paint, where the initial price for 10 liters was PLN 575, while the order price was PLN 790. As proof, I've attached photos of the initial offer, excerpts from the order, and email correspondence. Fortunately, despite the store manager's attempts, I wasn't fooled and decided against making any further purchases from the Dekorian store. After many weeks of trying to contact the store in Wrocław (they didn't answer calls or respond to emails), after contacting the company's headquarters, I managed to schedule a date to complete the service I had chosen: door installation. Here, the professionalism of the company and its employees was once again evident. They sent me an installer who couldn't tell the difference between left-hand and right-hand doors. Of course, the installation wasn't completed because the installer claimed that some of the door leaves didn't match the door frames they had previously installed and practically ran out of the house. The reason the installer left so quickly was that most of the door leaves were damaged. I immediately filed a complaint, which was, of course, dismissed as unfounded, even though the service I paid for wasn't performed. As a result, I was left without money, some of the doors weren't installed, and the installed ones were damaged. I've already referred my case to the Consumer Ombudsman, as I no longer have the energy to continue fighting the Dekorian store and MAM sp. z o.o. employees, whose sole purpose is to defraud customers and fail to honor their contracts.
