Great store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ms. Oliwia sent me photos of wallpaper samples that better reflected the color. Delivery within the promised timeframe. I bought the Casamance Le Lin wallpaper—it looks and feels like linen.
They packed the wallpaper (for over 600 PLN per roll) and glue so tightly that the wallpaper, moving in the package, damaged the glue, which then crumbled and spilled out of the package. Instead of immediately addressing the issue objectively, the woman handling the complaint tried to ignore the problem (the loose glue didn't damage the wallpaper after all), and then sent lengthy emails attempting to impose a several-week complaint procedure on me (returning the wallpaper, ordering new ones after the complaint was approved, then waiting another three weeks for the wallpaper – laughable) and sarcastically thanking me "for my valuable feedback on how to secure the packages. I'll forward it to the warehouse, where it will certainly be taken into consideration." And all of this was done to save the customer time and stress ;). The photos show that glue was everywhere – even under the protective film. One roll of wallpaper, after being unrolled, was slightly damaged – i.e., dents visible on the first 100 cm of the wallpaper. The market is fiercely competitive – and we already know they can't pack goods for which they require 100% prepayment. If it weren't for prepayment, but rather a cash-on-delivery package, I certainly wouldn't have accepted the package with the glue leaking out. In summary, I don't recommend them due to: poor customer service, comparable to a milk bar from a bygone era; the demand for 100% prepayment combined with a lack of proper product security; an embarrassing, several-week-long complaints process; and the transfer of all costs and risks to the customer.
I'm very pleased with the store's service. I've ordered wallpaper several times over the past two years, and each time the package arrived on time. I received special wallpaper glue with each package. The wallpapers are beautiful and of excellent quality, and the store offers a wide selection of well-known and respected brands. I highly recommend them 🌸
The most beautiful wallpapers, fast delivery, and professional and friendly service. I chose the Boras Tapeter 1184 Hip Rose and Majvillan Oak 146-02 wallpapers. They're gorgeous, and I'm already dreaming of more! I highly recommend them!
