We ordered the "Lille" staircase, and the entire collaboration with Mr. Marcin was absolutely flawless! From ordering and measurements to installation, we were in constant contact, and everything was done to the highest standard. The stairs are absolutely unique. Damian is incredibly nice. I bought five Intenso interior doors and some stunningly beautiful skirting boards there. It took a while because I split the purchase into two parts, but it was pure joy with these guys. You can really become friends with them. Damian, who has all the information about their products at your fingertips, and Mariusz, who can install everything with the utmost precision and attention to detail. They're amazing; they truly care, and these are the last of those who "still want" to do something with passion. It's a shame I don't have more doors to make 😊. I'll miss you :)))) I saw reviews from three months ago from two dissatisfied people, including one Ukrainian who wanted free home delivery. They're always unhappy when you have to pay. Three months ago, there may have been some disruption to communication because Remos was moving from Leśnica to Braniborska. There was a move.
I highly do not recommend this place. They don't answer their phones or respond to emails. It takes weeks to resolve simple issues. For the price, the customer service and support are terrible.
I ordered doors from REMOS Lesnica for the second time, and just like the first time, I'm very satisfied. Mr. Damian is excellent at advising on the choice and preparing a detailed quote explaining all the intricacies. Mr. Mariusz is a master of installation and precision. I highly recommend them, they did a professional job!
