We had an outage at our restaurant on Sunday. The main fuse blew. Unfortunately, our electrician was out of town. This company had an electrician available who arrived promptly. The first hour was 400 PLN net, and 250 PLN for each additional hour. The inspection took 20 minutes. The verdict: replacing the wire from the meter to the fuse, along with removing the meter seal. The quoted cost was an additional 1000 PLN net. We found another electrician who replaced the main fuse, checked several worn wires, checked the appliances for short circuits, rewired the premises to a different, less loaded phase, inspected the wiring leading to the premises, and re-crimped all the wires due to poor contact. He spent three hours on everything, waited until we were sure the problem was gone, and charged 350 PLN gross for the work. Real heroes don't wear capes. We're not judging the professionalism of this company's electricians, but it's clear that the price was extremely high. Addition to the company's comment: I'll clarify that another company performed the repair on the same day, which was Sunday. Your company's diagnosis was not clear, even though there were still 40 minutes of paid time remaining, and the actual repair was postponed for several hours.

The fault was detected and repaired quickly. Despite the late hour, the gentlemen arrived about 30 minutes after reporting the problem. I highly recommend them.
