I wish for myself and everyone to have the kind of service I experienced at Investa everywhere. Every employee, from the office to the warehouse, is a class act, completely professional and polite, with a smile on their face. And when someone comments that they had to wait half an hour and still have to come because the driver arrived, I suggest getting something for hemorrhoids or changing jobs, because you can count places like this in Poland on one hand 🥰 Best regards.
While working with the company, I had some reservations about customer service, but after speaking with Ms. Mariola N. (from Investa), I gained a better understanding of their specifics and operating principles. An employee like her is a treasure in any company.
The location is great, the office is great, but the warehouse next to the office is poor - very poor, you have to wait 30 minutes for them to kindly approach you. The other warehouse, however, is mega-fast and efficient.
Personally, they don't even deserve 1 star. I haven't been able to get an offer for 3 weeks. They tell me they'll call me back in a moment and nothing happens. This is the first time I've been treated like this as a customer. I don't recommend them.
My low rating is due to the way I was treated at Investa regarding my complaint. They lashed out, claiming that imprecise cutting on a blank from their product range was fine, even though they cut it to a minus mark, where I specifically mentioned a plus mark to draw attention to it. They stated that cut profiles are not subject to complaints because they are cut imprecisely. When I asked where they specified the tolerance for imprecise cutting in their regulations, they said they don't have anything like that, so if I ordered sections longer than a meter, they could have just as easily cut 0.5 meters. Thank you for your support and for helping me with the problem. You can only see the true face of a company when a problem arises! The manager refused to talk to me because he doesn't have time for such matters, and the employee isn't authorized to provide a phone number. Overall, I don't recommend them, but I've already found an alternative; there are plenty of options on the market!
