My husband and I are very pleased with the work performed in our developer-supplied apartment and in the apartment my mother lived in, which required a "freshening" renovation (painting, replacing the bathtub and sink, adjusting the kitchen ventilation duct, etc.). In the developer-supplied apartment, the biggest challenge was the bathroom, which Mr. Alexander masterminded from the concrete floor, through relocating all sorts of pipes, installing underfloor heating, tiling, painting, and installing fixtures and furniture. The workmanship is impeccable – solid, precise, and aesthetically pleasing – simply SUPERB! All work is carried out in accordance with prior arrangements and cost estimates. During the work, the team is available for advice that can improve the final result. The apartment remains tidy throughout the renovation, and the workers ensure the work area is well-secured. Settlement takes place after all work is completed, based on invoices (Mr. Sergii sends scans) and a report on the work performed – clearly and transparently, without any advance payments.
