Praise to the gym and cleanliness at all times of the day. What I want to warn future users about is what type of membership fee they charge. Since I am a foreign national and did not need a long-term membership fee, I purchased a flexible pass that is billed monthly. This type of pass must be canceled on time, as there is a one-month cancellation period. In case you buy in one month, cancel in time because there is a chance that the membership fee will be charged in the following period, at least once more.
it’s technogym stuff, but the gym itself is quite good. Big selection of everything, weights go pretty heavy too. Big tip i was unaware of: to enter during night hours, you need to use the PIN, findable in the account section in the app. There’s everything
I wanted but i can not give five stars because after 3 months of visiting this gym i can say that air on the lower floor is always too heavy and if its even hot you feel like you are about to vomit. Otherwise equipment is nice and kept in good condition.
The team here is very helpful, empathetic and friendly! I was temporarily in wroclaw and needed to weigh myself for an experiment without needing a full gym membership, and they helped me set everything up and even gave me advice on propper fasted state to use the weighing machine. No ego. No rudeness. No forcing to pay an entrance fee to use a scale for 5 mins. Just friendly and competent service. It was Szymon, Michal, and the other kind petite girl whose name i forgot. Top notch management and very proffessional customer service. This is how you grow a customer-facing business. More polish businesses should learn from this team. If i set up a permanent base in wroclaw, this will be my gym 100%. Thanks guys !
As visitors of Wroclaw this is a nice gym. Very big, clean and a lot of machines. Entering the gym is a bit difficult for tourists. As you need an app, account with ID number and you can only make the payment by creditcard. You also get a 24 hours pass for free, but they asked us to make a 5-star review right away. When we said that wanted to visit the gym first, we got a weird look. Once your in, it is all okay and the 4 star review is well deserved.
