I like it. Although the price is higher than in regular gyms, here you pay for the gym and get privacy, access to all group training and a sauna. The strength training area is not very large, but it is always enough for everyone and there is everything you need. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The gym and locker rooms are clean. I like it here, maybe one of the best gyms I have visited.

This studio is a bull's-eye! For a long time, I avoided strength training, but thanks to the intimate space and modern AI machines, I finally took the plunge and feel very comfortable here. There's no stress or overwhelm. The group classes are another revelation – I regularly attend hot pilates and mini band classes, which produce great results. The variety is also a huge plus, as the studio even offers aerial yoga, which is a fantastic addition to a workout routine.

The studio is a beautiful, intimate space that Wrocław has been missing. 🤩 From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is wonderful, created by the people, including the very helpful and friendly reception. The view from the cardio zone and fitness room is beautiful. 😍 Clean, well-maintained locker rooms, lockable lockers, a sauna, and something I haven't seen anywhere else – technology-assisted machines. Of course, it's also worth mentioning the Hot Yoga and Aerial classes that set this place apart. The studio, as the name suggests, isn't just another standard gym, of which there are plenty in Wrocław, so if you're looking for a place to workout in an intimate, innovative space, this is it!

I love and adore this place. In fact, I've been going there nearly every day (sometimes twice a day) since it opened around 10 days ago. It's modern, chic, cozy, and elegant. I like the clean space, the classes, and of course the super modern cardio machines. Hearing new equipments are set to arrive very soon too. The staff are very helpful, friendly and informative as well. 11/10 !

This isn't a gym, but a fitness studio with a prosthetic gym. The marketing for this place presents it as a full-fledged strength training space. The visuals look promising, and the sales pitches for memberships clearly suggest you can get a solid weight workout in here. Unfortunately, the reality falls far short of the promises. The staff boasts that special AI-assisted machines will arrive soon, but the basic equipment is missing: there's no flat bench with a barbell, smaller plates for progression, a curl bar, a pull-up bar for those taller than 160 cm, a ladder, kettlebells, or even a single regular cable pulley. Instead, we have some pneumatic abominations that operate in increments. Capacity? A maximum of 7 people at a time, but only if 4 of them are on the treadmills. Futuristic gadgets are one thing, but the basics are something else entirely.
