She also completed several tasks beyond the standard scope of the service, which was a very pleasant surprise. What impressed me the most was her thoroughness and dedication. During the cleaning, she found my wife’s earring, which had been lost for several months and that we had almost given up hope of finding. This demonstrated not only professionalism but also honesty and genuine care for the customer.
