If you value a thorough cleaning and don't want to spend hours correcting the cleaning company's work, read this review. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing. The service was performed on July 3, 2026, in my apartment in Wrocław. After a leisurely inspection of the apartment, it became clear that the quality of the service left much to be desired. My biggest complaints: • The stone countertop in the kitchen wasn't cleaned properly, and there was some cleaning agent left by the sink. • The kitchen fronts were very poorly cleaned. I'm attaching a photo of the front, which I wiped down immediately after cleaning. The results speak for themselves – a large amount of dirt had accumulated after just one wipe with my cloth. Instead of having a clean room after cleaning, I had to clean up after the cleaning company. • Some of the fronts were left streaked, and some elements weren't wiped down at all. • One of the lamps was still covered in dust. • The mirrors were streaked. • The bathroom tiles were practically unwashed, as was the shower stall. What concerned me most, however, was the situation with the oven. It had been cleaned with a very strong chemical that hadn't been thoroughly removed. In the evening, after the oven was first heated up, such intense chemical fumes were emanating from it that it was difficult to breathe properly when opening the door. It's hard to imagine preparing food for the family in such an oven. Furthermore, the oven handle was discolored, and the stone countertop shows traces of the chemicals used. I'm attaching photos to this review so that everyone can judge the quality of the service for themselves. Personally, I expected professional cleaning, but I ended up fixing many things myself and damaging the apartment's furnishings. I will not use this company again and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.
