We found the company through a Facebook group. Thanks to Mr. Dariusz's dedication, the unit was selected appropriately for our home. Installation was efficient and on schedule. Professional service from the very first contact, which is very important to us as novices. After installation, we're not left alone with the unit, which is also a huge plus.

I highly recommend it! - that's not enough to sum up our experience with Budotom. Our heat pump works flawlessly, is quiet, and easy to use. Mr. Sławek, a true gentleman, always patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. He always answered our calls or returned them promptly. The installation team, on the other hand, are masters of their craft. It was immediately obvious that they knew what they were doing and did it with great dedication. They were an extremely pleasant team of two guys who truly know their stuff. They left a clean and tidy impression. Working with this company was a pleasure.

Pump installers are divided into two groups: the satisfied and the dissatisfied. Fortunately, and thanks to Budotom, I'm among the satisfied. Why? Well, I was very skeptical, but Mr. Bartek (who has extensive knowledge and a simple, clear message for the layman) contacted me. The decision was made: we'll install. The team arrived (Max and Dima – best regards), very professional, the installation efficient and aesthetically pleasing. My first concern was that the building was very cold (January was brutal), and it had never been heated. The first start-up, and after a few days, the house was warm, drawing 55 kWh – shock and disbelief. I would like to thank Mr. Bartek and the installers, Max and Dima. Finally, I should add that throughout the entire process, from the purchase to the after-sales service, the contact (emails and phone calls) was excellent, including assistance with applying for subsidies, and I received a substantive answer to every question (sometimes trivial). Now someone might ask themselves, "Well, such a premium service is probably worth millions of dollars." Well, the price-conscious approach with discounts is the best of all possible alternative heating sources. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and to call it professionalism in this case would be an understatement.

Looking back, after the purchase and installation, I can recommend Budotom to anyone, and I say this from the perspective of a house in Podlasie and the current -15°C frost. Above all, Mr. Rafał Rutkowski convinced me to sign the contract. He captivated me with his professional, reliable, and patient approach, explaining step-by-step the nuances of heat pump selection and my needs, and allaying any nagging doubts. As it turned out, he selected the perfect pump, and throughout the entire waiting and installation process, as well as the start-up and heating of the house, he stayed in touch, offering advice, and professional support. I don't think I've ever felt so appreciated and satisfied with the service. I also have to mention the professionalism of the installers – despite the frost, snow, and challenges we encountered, they carried the installation through to the end. Despite being tired and cold, they remained professional and patient, answered every question, and cleaned up after themselves at the end. I wholeheartedly recommend them, 10/10.
